Agreement to Terms
By deploying a Poultry Pro Plus production terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This software is provided as an industrial-grade ERP solution for professional poultry management.
1. Use of the Terminal
Commercial License
The Free tier grants access to one active production cycle. The Pro tier allows for unlimited commercial production batches. Reselling terminal access or reverse engineering the benchmarking engine is strictly prohibited.
Data Accuracy
Operators are responsible for the integrity of data logged into the terminal. Precision analytics and financial reports are dependent on the accuracy of mortality, feed, and transaction data provided.
2. Subscription & Renewal
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. A 7-day grace period is provided following an expiration. On the 8th day of non-payment, terminal access is automatically restricted until a renewal is authorized.
3. Limitation of Liability

POULTRY PRO PLUS PROVIDES TOOLS FOR DATA AGGREGATION. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LIVESTOCK PERFORMANCE, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM PRODUCTION DECISIONS. GENETIC STANDARDS ARE PROVIDED AS BENCHMARKS ONLY.
4. Operational Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, unauthorized API access, or violation of industrial safety standards through our software interface.
